Description
Kites, Mountain Boards, Body Boards, Abseiling, cave exploration and Coasteering. We think that that says it all! 30 minutes from both Swansea and Cardiff.
We bring along kit for five activities and guarantee to be able to offer three. We choose the activities on the day based on the swell, wind and surf.
The mix of activities is about right, too wild for coasteering the body boarding works well, no wind the coasteering should be good... We can always do the caveing and abseiling.
We meet at Ogmore Flats car park at 1000.
