You may view them in the .PDF format, and print them for submission. All contestants wishing to compete must see that OUT has their application by Monday April 7, 2008.

MGIU 2008 is limited to eight (8) contestants this year, so please act quickly!

17th annual Miss Gay Indiana University 2008 Tickets on Sale TODAY!
(event is scheduled for Friday April 18, 2008 at 8 pm in the IU Auditorium)

Starting today, January 31, 2008, Miss Gay IU (MGIU) 2008 tickets are
on advance sale for $10.00. You may purchase MGIU tickets at the IU
Auditorium box office, located directly inside the IU Auditorium entrance. MGIU
tickets are also available for purchase online at
http://www.iuauditorium.com, or at all Ticketmaster locations including
online at http://www.ticketmaster.com. Save $5.00 and buy advance
tickets!

All tickets are general admission, and will also be available for
purchase the night of MGIU at the IU Auditorium doors for $15.00.

Miss Gay Indiana University 2008 is being planned right now! This years theme "Showgirls", was chosen by the current reigning Miss Gay IU 2007, India Black. Check her out at www.indiablack.com.

Miss Gay IU has been an IU/Bloomington tradition for over 16 years, and it is a campus wide event. This year is going to be bigger and better then ever before!

Doors open at 7:00PM, show starts at 8:00PM.

"The Miss Gay Indiana University pageant has been a tradition in Bloomington for nearly 17 years. Miss Gay IU is one of the nation’s largest and most attended drag pageants for female impersonators. Held in the Indiana University Auditorium, Miss Gay IU has around 1000 attendees annually from Bloomington and the surrounding area. Contestants from around the state of Indiana compete for the title by presenting themselves in personal interview, evening gown, talent production, and onstage question and answer. Miss Gay IU is a night of entertainment for students, additionally Miss Gay IU has been an opportunity for returning alumni to have something to look forward to gathering together for every year. Showing support for the Miss Gay IU pageant and OUT GLBT Student Union reflects on our community, one of acceptance, tolerance and understanding. Our goal is to promote diversity and celebrate our uniqueness. Miss Gay IU can be seen throughout the year speaking on panels and performing across the state of Indiana."
