Like many other nonprofit agencies, we have experienced firsthand the effects of the country’s economic situation. We were proactive and took several cost-cutting measures in 2008. This helped us save critical positions at the Glade Street YWCA. Now, we are asking for your help. Our goal is to raise $70,000 by June 30th 2009. This amount will allow us to maintain our level of service at the Glade Street YWCA as well as reopen our facility on Sundays. With the best members in town, we know we’ll reach this goal!

Please consider being a Pledge Supporter for the Glade Street YWCA. Ask friends, relatives, co-workers, and neighbors to help you support the Glade Street YWCA. We would like for each member to collect as many pledges as possible. The goal is $250 per participant. It only takes 10 people to donate $25 and you have met your goal! There are several prizes and incentives that will be distributed in May and June to participants.
