Description
Chef Aaron McCargo Jr., host of "Big Daddy's House" on the Food Network, will be the guest speaker at the ACA awards ceremony.
About 50 new chefs will receive gold, silver or bronze medals and/or certificates marking their completion of the culinary arts program.
McCargo of Camden began his culinary training at the Academy in 1989. He was named “The Next Food Network Star” in July 2008. He will share his experience and advice with the graduating students and receive an honorary ACA diploma from Chef Kelly McClay, dean of the Academy.
