On July 14, 2009, the Hawaii State Legislature will be
holding a special session for one reason only:
TO INCREASE YOUR ALREADY HIGH TAXES.
Come tell your elected officials to vote “NO”
on overriding the governor’s vetoes of some
of the worst legislation in Hawaii history.
Any “YES” votes to override Gov. Lingle’s vetoes
means HIGHER TAXES, plain and simple, which you’ll pay
directly or indirectly through higher prices for everything you buy, plus a weakened economy with fewer jobs here in Hawaii.
