Children participate in age-appropriate groups and do activities focusing on anger management, safety planning, chemical dependency, change, grief and loss and self-esteem. This course will help parents learn effective and appropriate ways to set limits and win cooperation with teens who are having some behavioral issues. Family Service of Central Indiana DVN will be unveiling the Power of Images project. The Project is a set of retractable banners that will be displayed at various events and venues throughout Central Indiana. The goal is to raise awareness about the realities of domestic violence, to honor and remember those lost, and to remind us all of the impact these tragic losses have on the community.
