Israel, got an early birthday present from my Mom. Clothes. I went down a size. Fourteens.... I dont remember a time in my adult life I was fourteen. Im sure I was but it was in twenties thats for sure.
My mums kinda ruint moment by going "Next we meed to work on your arms. They havent gone down much"
She is locked in closet. I might let her out in morning. :P

Hey, started out at size twenty four.. started doing strength training four times a week. About a year into it started eating Amys vegetarian meals and eating buffallo meat and fish. Down from original size 24 to a size 16

Fat Man Unleashed Gained 2 lbs...Not really worried though. Just my body getting used to what I was doing. Time to switch it up a bit. Had to hit the plateau sooner of later. Now can really test my will and knowledge. It's gonna get fun now!!!
