Have to say it was this festival and the community it is held in that completed changed my opinion of Louisiane. Best urban festival i have ever been to visit.

Festival International de Louisiane : Check out Festival International favorite - March 4th Marching Band - tonight (Wednesday, October 28th) at Blue Moon Saloon - this is the largest band ever to play Blue Moon, so you're not going to want to miss it! (don't miss the opening act - saQi - while you're there!) Doors open at 8pm; Tickets are $12 at the door. See you there...

Consider Muchachito Bombo Infierno. They're native to Barcelona and play a variety of music from Rumba Catalana, Ska and even Disco.
