Madeleine Fido called me regarding to a promotion not once but ten times for me to change my handset using my fido dollars. After several reclining the offer i decidedt o get the new handset just to get rid of the calls.Shortly after it was broken during one of my important busineess calls which cost me 5000 . I went to Fido sto...re in Eaton center and I was in there for more than an hour just to set it up for the loaner and the guys charged me 61 dollars and they actually ran it twice on my credit card . this is unacceptable, I'm very irritated and anxious and want to know who is responsible for this matter . I WILL DEFINATALY PUT A GOOD WORD FOR FIDO AND ROGERS AND MAKE SURE MY FRIENDS WILL GET THEIR PLANS FROM THEM !!!!!!
