Toh Cheng Chye I have some problem in registering my product PrintMusic!Finale 2000 on Finale website. It seem to reject my registration. I am trying to contact Finale, however I unable to get their email address. As I live in foreign country, it is difficult for me to call them.

Louise Jefferson Daniel Help! I'm trying to insert some Italian lyrics. Need an acute accent over an "e" and a grave accent over an "a". Can you tell me how to do it? I've already tried to cut and paste from WORD. No luck on that one.

Holger Schmitt-Hallenberg I encounter a strange problem on Finale 2009: I try to change a key in a bar, but the key is first changed two bars later (as is the automatic transposition). Btw. it is the same when entering a new time signature. Have I "locked" two bars, somehow? Has anyone encountered a similar problem?
Francisco Cortés Álvarez Help! My Finale 2009 is crashing every time I try to save changes to a part or extract a part. I already tried everything and just can't fix the problem. I usually work on a Mac, but I even try to do it on a PC and it crashed!!! It is a 114 page orchestal score, so I am panicking!!!!!!

Susan Martin Weaver I'm installed Printmusic 2002 on a new machine (Win XP) and it keeps telling me I must install the Maestro font from the installation CD, but I can't seem to do it! I can find the file on the CD, but when I try to open it all that happens is Printmusic opens asking for the font... Am I being stupid here? (Be nice to a gray-haired old lady, please ;)

Ivar Solberg I try to authorize my Print music 2009, but after followed the instructions I got the error message - "unable to locate serial number on file" -- The serial number I use is the correct one. The support telephone number does'nt work, so here I got stuck.
Joshua Agilan Hi, just upgraded to Finale 2010 from Printmusic 2009. Had to upgrade as i couldn't change the notehead in Printmusic. Will have questions coming up soon, glad to see queries being answered here. Its a great help. ;o)
Charles Edwin Patterson Hi, i was wondering in printmusic can u change the key of a document you are about to scan? for example, like if i wanted to scan french horn music and so the music is in the key of F, i scan it and it thinks it is in concert pitch. can u gie me any advice? thanks.
