Jazmin Tena so I did the yoga exercises on the Nov. issue for the first time yesterday. I wake up today, and I am so sore it hurts when I breath, Is a good hurt, but I know tomorrow is going to be worse.

Any ideas to help the soreness?? Should I do the routine again today??
