For Our Friends - Dog Rescue Group Thanks to all the awesome volunteers that showed up today!!! Having more volunteers than dogs is a great problem to have, wish we had it more often. Please come back when you can. Brooke, Ace, Buster, Tom, Paulie and Nyah all appreciate it! And hopefully our new guy Jerry will be well enough to walk next week too. Have a great week.

I'm so glad to have become a fan and proponent of For Our Friends here on Facebook. Through Kimberly's referral back in 2005, I fostered and then adopted my "boy," Yukon, in May of that year via For Our Friends. A few pictures of Yukon are posted on my FB wall. He's now about a 9 1/2 year old "senior puppy," very playful, healthy and happy. Don't know what I'd do without my buddy! Thank you, For Our Friends, for my Yukon.
