This year's May Races are taking place from Wednesday 10th to Saturday 13th June, and MBC are looking to cap off an exceptional year with one final, massive haul of bumps. We have at least three crews racing in the men's divisions and another three in the women's divisions, with the prospect of adding to this following... next Friday's getting on race.

If anyone is in Cambridge and free to shout from the bank, then full details of the starting order and division times can be found on the CUCBC website.

To mark the final day of racing on Saturday 13th June, we'll also be holding two special events:

Marquee in Caius Meadow - from 1pm (last race 5:45pm)

As has become tradition, MBC will have a marquee in Cauis Meadow. Refreshments will be on offer, as will a punt ferry to carry you over to the towpath side.

The Stewards and Officers would be delighted to see as many Friends there as possible to cheer on our crews.

Dear Friends

As some of you may know, this is MBC's 180th year, and to mark this
anniversary, we will be hosting a garden party in college after the end of
this year's Mays. We hope to see as many of you there as possible to share
in the celebration of all past (and future!) successes. More details will
be confirmed nearer ...the time.

As part of this celebration of MBC rowing, we hope to bring together a
display of the history of the club for the garden party. To make this as
encompassing and as personal to the club as possible we need your help.
Anecdotes, crew lists, trophies, medals, photos, race reports, anything
which can help us piece together the rich history of our club is welcomed
(and will be returned after the party!).

So have a rifle through cupboards, find those pieces of memorabilia which
have been lurking in the attic, and above all, just sit yourself down and
reminisce about your time in the MBC in letter-form, whether you graced the
heights of Henley or rowed over all
