one way is to read the labels and look at the list of ingredients. In stevia, you only have stevia. Truvia contains erythritol (a sugar alcohol), rebiana and natural flavors (that's the catch in my opinion.) Natural flavors can be anything and we will never know exactly what. I would also check the ingredients for PureVia. Some people don't like the after taste of stevia and i found it very sweet, i would suggest to start with a small amount and adjust to your own taste.

As a former consumer fraud investigator, I am simply asking people to understand nutritional processing. Lets set product lines aside and debate science. Facts.

It's the residue at the bottom, it's the active life of the cider. Shake the bottle to distribute it and then pour. Apple cider in the local grocery does not have this because its been pasturized and processed. Bragg's and Trader Joe's have good ACV. http://www.earthclinic.com website has tons of folk cures using AVC. They really work and its cheap. Let food by thy medicine.....

that explains the physiology behind the theory of candida being behind cancer! sugar leads to candida overload, by depleting our cells of oxygen, our systems turn acidic allowing for the proliferation of candida and tumor growth! very interesting!
raw agave and raw honey (esp. for allergies) are what we use.

The depth of the human intellect is layered. Much like most who have posted here, we tend to forget that the information that "we" see as simple often is not. The info we have is also layered. So we have to start small by doing our part and share the information by being courageous. It is an error to label this kind of ignorance by parents as ... Read Morebeing "crazy" or anything else that might create distance between those who know vs. those who don't. Think of this; the two biggest fears that people have are public speaking and death. Imagine how difficult is for people to challenge the status quo when their understanding of where health comes from is compromised by contradiction? For some folks, it's like telling a Christian that Jesus never existed. A statement like that would go against everything they believe.

cancer has to do with the individual's overall internal environment which is affected by what you eat, what you're exposed to, as well as what you think and feel. i think that is the reason why the gerson therapy doesn't always work. it probably has a lot to do with the psychological factor. look into guided imagery and cancer or read candace pert's "molecules of emotions." the mind is not just in the brain. it's part of the body and has a huge impact on the immune system.
