This is not your usual doom and gloom experience it gives great optimism for the world and what ORDINARY PEOPLE CAN DO -Michael Burton, New Zealand

Modern agriculture causes topsoil to be eroded at 3 million tons per hour (thats 26 billion tons a year!). Human mass ...(waste) is replacing biomass and other species. The carrying capacity of the earth is almost spent. To maintain our comfort zone lifestyles we will soon need five earths to sustain us in the style to which we have become accustomed. The mantra of free trade has failed the worlds poor. There is a better way. Biodynamic agriculture may be the only answer we have left.

- James Colquhoun - Producer Director, 'Foo...d Matters'

This is the definitive documentary on the psychiatric drugging industry. Here is the real story of the high income partnership between psychiatry and drug companies that has created an $80 billion psychotropic drug profit centre. But appearances are deceiving. How valid are psychiatrists diagnoses and how safe are their drugs? Digging deep beneath the corporate veneer, this three-part documentary exposes the truth behind the slick marketing schemes and scientific deceit that conceal dangerous and often deadly sales campaign.

After many years of child abuse, then teenage rage days then travelling and learning about street life, that included much alcohol and drugs to cope with the pain that then become an addition, then having children to a partner with a partner that has a different lifestyle. yes all sort of insecurities take place. Especially when you only want the ... See Morebest for my children but without a good foundation does cause problems. Its only now at 45 that all the feelings have gone .. but i was in pain inside my spiritual walk. Its a frightening journey, to live. But with study, eating good foods, exercising, helping others and loving thyself and and making my surroundings more cormfortable not allowing too much stress, and being honest and reliable over the years does help ease the pain within. It takes along time to heal. The beauty within is knowing life can be better and asking for that and working towards it. Taking one day at a time. Having one good friend (older the better) who has good morals, values and is a good citizen is very rewarding. Just like drugs and alcohol medication does change our body but by listening to what our self is saying and working through it and nurturing ourself and doing what our interest are we start to enjoy life for the first time. As they say any problem you have make it a goal to make it better. Goodluck to all those who are hurting and remember you are not alone and people do care. Hand back the problem to the person who gave it to you. With our pain and depending on how you manage it can be a good or negative projection onto others. It is a slow process at times but by letting go of what is not helpful and doing what is beneficial for the body, mind and spirit will set you free

They are labeling what we experience in a negative way but dont have time to listen and to do exercise but do remember some people take this as another way of being not being in touch with themselves or they can not help themselves in a healthy way so they take medication. And some people can be too damaging to other or self in society so by medicating them can keep them quieter. So in some cases medication is necessary. But in many cases a holistic approach can be a better aternative.

There's nothing quite as valuable as seeing the successes of others who have gone before you. - James Colquhoun, Producer Director 'Food Matters'

'Rethinking Cancer' tracks the stories of five long-term survivors, whose recoveries range from 15-37 years, explaining wh...y and how they went a different route with cancer, and, in one case, Lyme disease. Some were led to seek out alternatives after the standard course of treatment failed - literally sent home to die by physicians who said they could do no more for them. Others, after long investigation and soul searching, bravely chose the non-toxic, biorepair course of action because it seemed a more sensible, logical approach - that healing could be better fostered by nourishing, repairing and detoxifying the body, rather than being subjected to toxic substances that would cause further damage and side effects without addressing the underlying problem.
