Their solution, however, is to stop "following directions" in favor of pursuing new solutions. More and more, big companies are starting to look like umbrella corporations that are made up of dozens of tinier firms. In terms of the corporate, that's the future (and present) of how (at least for now) companies can solve the innovation dilemma. (More In Next Comment)
