Scientists have captured video of the world's rarest great ape.

Frank the Gorilla If you've been nice instead of naughty this year, and Santa brings you a nice new electronic device (that you so deserve), don't forget (in all the excitement) to dispose of your old device (cell phone, batteries, chargers, palm pilots) in an environmentally responsible manner. This will DIRECTLY help conserve gorillas... and other plants and animals in Central Africa, as that is where ColTan is mined.

Frank the Gorilla At 26 pounds, Frank is blossoming into a dashing young gorilla. He loves beating his chest (even when he misses the target and beats on his legs instead), hanging out with the family, playing with his super-sized Dad, and exploring new and delicious things to eat. Frank is one GREAT reason to celebrate the official Year of the Gorilla! No wonder he's grinning.
