
Galveston Historical Foundation Author Kurt D. Voss, former director of GHF’s Texas Seaport Museum, will be on hand at a Nov. 21 reception in Galveston to sign copies "Galveston's The Elissa." The reception includes a lecture by Voss and unveiling of a new Elissa photo exhibit at the museum. The reception is scheduled at 6 p.m., Nov. 21, at the Texas Seaport Museum, Pier 22 and Harborside Drive, Galveston.
