I'm going to Brazil to do some football coaching in August 2010 for three months. I know there is alot of info on the site, but does anyone have any tips on what to expect, regimes and training styles, etc? I would be grateful for any help!!

Hi Alexandra, Let me see if I can help with your question. Projects Abroad does not receive any financial support from governments or outside sources so all of our projects are supported by the program fees of volunteers. Since we want all of our volunteer projects to be worthwhile and our volunteers to have the best possible support, we feel it is... See More necessary to have our own staff and office in every country we work. This can be slightly more expensive than the way some other volunteer organizations work by subcontracting this important work to partners rather than do it themselves but we feel that this is the best way to run our programs.
