Some of the robots that will be demonstrated include two four-legged insect-like crawlers, which will seek and destroy an enemy (balloon), a 5-foot long talking Alligator robot, a pair of robots that play tag, a robot that follows an owner and tells him when he needs to take his... pills, and a police-car robot that will identify and track downspeeding cars.
You can find an evolving description of each of the robots that will be demonstrated: http://mil.ufl.edu/imdl/robot_info_f09.htm
