today, 10 blocks away from the olympic curling venue, signs appeared. signs indicating that no vechicles other than neighborhood ones may park there during the games. how does the city expect to determine and enforce that? it isn't an area that requires residential parking permits. is everyone going to have to line up at city hall in january to get temporary residential permits?
