Guenter Grzeskowiak： Just returned from the Nov 11 Italian Winter Delight Tour. We arranged it in conjunction with a Mediterranean Cruise thinking that 3 days in Sorrento would make this into a laid back tour. It wasn't. With all the extra excursions offered this turned out to be a very positive experience. No large crowds because of the t......ime of year, great hotels and nice coach. The Globus tour director as well as the local guides were top notch. If there is one negative then it is the tour participants that don't realize that you have to be reasonably fit to climb the many stairs of hill side towns and to navigate cobble stone streets. Don't rely on assistance from your fellow passengers or the tour director. Great Holiday Globus!

Ronald Wilkes： I've done 7 tours with Globus and the 2 best guides I've had the pleasure of taking Globus tours with are Sami Hassan and Jan Elphinstone. Attached is a picture of Sami. Why was Sami such a great guide? Because he really went out of his way to ensure I had a great tour. Example: The flight from New York JFK to Cairo no......n-stop is 10 hours 45 minutes. I knew I would arrive wiped out so I flew to Cairo a day early. I hadn't planned on doing anything my rest day. However, Sami offered to take me and 6 others who did the same thing to the Solar Boat Museum and a walking tour of the Pyramids.
Lonna Miller Atop Masada overlooking the Dead Sea in Israel . . . incredible trip. So many highlights. Floating in Dead Sea, Cruise on Sea of Galilee, Jerusalem, Light Show in Tower of David, Visiting Cana, Capernaum, The Valley of Elah (where David Slew Goliath), a GREAT group of traveling companions and new friends, Bethlehem, Garden Tomb . . . I wanna go back!!

Ronald Wilkes： One of the highlights of the Globus La France tour I did in September 2008 was visiting Mont St. Michel. It was something out of time and, it reminded a lot of Minas Tirth in Lord of the Rings. The views of the bay at the top were awesome!
