Steffan

Steffan My best set of 2009 was Sasha & John Digweed at Godskitchen in May. Awesome.

Best DJ's this year for me were:

1. John Digweed
2. Sasha
3. Carl Cox
4. Richie Hawtin
5. Dubfire
6. Sander Van Doorn
7. Armin Van Buuren
8. Adam Beyer
9. Richard Durand
10. Jon Rundell

I've got to say as well, Paul Thomas is an awesome DJ. He's definitely one of the most underrated DJ's about. His set after Sasha & John Digweed was sublime, the same goes for Jon Rundell's set playing after Carl Cox at Godskitchen in April.

I hope Godskitchen have a couple of more Techno nights in 2010.

Adam Gordon Godskitchen.... i would like to make a massive request...

Just once sometime this year... could you please please please bring back the original God of trance... its been a long time... too long infact since Paul van Dyk graced the dj booth at gods... its without question this guy is a true trance legend.... Please bri...ng him back to Air... Just once ... i'm sure it would make a lot of people really happy. Bring back God...you could charge 30 quid a ticket i reckon it would still sell out... Not expecting an answer as i know you cant but it would be literally the best night of the year... Cheers :)

I like Paul Van Dyk, but... I think he's overrated. I've seen him about 8-9 times over a 10 year span and he's never blown me away.

And does he still finish his sets off with 'Seven Nation Army'? That got really tiresome for a year or two when he always played at the end of his set. As 'Trance Lords' go, I rate Armin Van Buuren and Tiesto higher.
