Todd Hellman The service is great... speedy and really helps pass the time on long flights. One word of caution - if you purchase a 30-day pass, it only works on the airline you purchased the pass on. So, if you're a frequent business traveler on multiple airlines, and buy a 30-day pass on Delta, you will need to buy the service on American according to their in-flight chat support.
