As the world gets closer to the COP15 Climate Change conference, it’s important to look at from where the emissions around the world are coming. Until recently, food-borne illness was most often associated with contaminated meat. But after last year’s tomato scare, illness from more innocuous-seeming foods has become more acknowledged.
