We recently asked you for your ideas (and votes) on how to make Reader better. One of the more popular suggestions was adding favicon support for subscriptions, so today we're introducing just that (thanks to 20%-er Shreyas Desai)...

Don't use it for the extravanganza reasons. But don't like that it expands this submenu. Couldn't you hide it somewhere in the preferences?

x-post: I too am having trouble with the imported feed lately; it doesn't update automatically or manually. I love this feature- an easy way to share content that is less obtrusive than some alternatives- and look forward to using it again soon.

i know that you guys want to make reader into a social media platform, but you should be focusing more on integrating with existing social platforms. try a "share via facebook/twitter" feature next time around.

There's now an option in settings to turn only view 'likes' from people you're following. So if you don't use any social features in Reader (and therefore aren't following anyone), the 'like' line will disappear.
