Valerie McIntyre Faris My husband and I had the blessing of honeymooning at the Grand Hotel. 2010 is our 10th anniversary year, and we WILL be back! :) We have been looking forward to our return since we took the ferry away from Mackinac Island.

I've got my tulip bulbs planted that I bought from Grand Hotel in June. All the while I was thinking of all the wonderful times I had there this past season. I came into the house and Moon River was playing on the radio (Andy Williams) , of course it made me think of the evenings in the Terrace Room, My girls looked at... me and said,"are you crying", um just a little, can't help it, I love it up there so much, and 6 months is a long time to wait to go back.Read More

Rita Marie Kontny We haven't been back to the island in many years!! Did visit three times years ago, and we stayed longer everytime!! I so hope to get back there again one of these summers!!
