Howard I read this book yesterday from start to finish in about 5 hours, and just could not put it down. Even though heavily influenced by Mr. Kipling's (no, not he of exceedingly good mass-produced cakes) Jungle Book, it's more interesting with having a boy raised by ghosts and having a vampire and werewolf as his guardians/mentors.
