Zoran Petkovski a.k.a DJ Petko is a Serbia-based DJ and producer; DJ Petko was born in 1974 in Belgrade.
In 1994 he had started playing and collecting records. Vinyl quickly became Petko’s playground and creative framework.. his lifestyle.
His first DJ gig was in Belgrade's legendary club "Industria". At that moment in time he had belonged to the famous Belgrade's DJ crew "Happy People".
They had worked in all major clubs in the former Yugoslavia.

Over time, DJ Petko had developed his own style: from Detroit Techno and Tech-house to Nu
Jazz and Broken Beat.
In 2000 he had started his own radio show called “Playground Radio Show” at a popular Belgrade's music radio station "Studio B".
"Playground Radio Show" presents all modern jazz styles: Jazz of the modern era, delicacy of Bossa Nova and electronic beats are all part of Petko's versatile and rich music choice.

Concept of the "Playground Radio Show” is to play strictly whole tunes with just a small commentary on the tracks and artists.
It was split into two different hours of the show. Why?
“I had to, because I couldn't express myself through only one style of music.”

“Playground Radio Show” is broadcasting its show in many parts of the world all across the globe, from Italy, England and Germany to Russia and Japan.

DJ Petko’s residencies have included Belgrade’s famous spots such as “Tapas Bar” every Thursday, “ShKD Dj Bar” every Friday, Club "The Tube" once/twice a month, Club "Mint" twice a
month and Saturdays are reserved for gigs outside Belgrade.

Any DJ sees a club residency as one of the most difficult parts of their career.
The difference between first-class and ordinary DJ is in their ability to entertain the same audience on a week to week basis with fresh new-fangled beats and innovative melodies.

15 years of DJ-ing across the board, 8 years of “Playground Radio Show” delicacies, 3 years of
successful residency and DJ Petko is just getting warmed up to indulge the world with pleasurable tunes and dazzling vibes!
