| Description: | Sometimes shy, but often quirky and with lots to say; what you get from Nicol is a mind blowing vocal delivery, so powerful and precise, it’s hard to understand where it all comes from. Raised in Encino, California in the late 1980’s, American music has left an indelible mark on Nicol and still remains a major influence on her classic pop sound today. Her move to London has undoubtedly contributed to a unique Anglo-American blend. Recent developments include synch deals with Sony Pictures and ABC/Disney. Nicol was also a featured artist on Bebo / iTunes UK and ‘Everybody Knows’ was Hit Sheet ‘Record of the Week’. She has performed at The Great Escape, City Showcase and at various festivals. Nicol is now gearing up for a major campaign in Scandinavia, with EMI Music. She will also be featuring on a dance track, scheduled for release in the USA with Robbins, this summer.
