La candidatura de Zaragoza como CAPITAL CULTURAL en 2016, está trabajando ya en la creación de un proyecto cultural de dimensión europea basado principalmente en la cooperación cultural y con los siguientes objetivos:
Hacer resaltar las corrientes culturales comunes a los europeos
Fomentar las manifestaciones y creaciones artísticas, que faciliten el establecimiento de una cooperación cultural duradera
Garantizar la movilización y la participación en el proyecto de amplios sectores de la población
Encargarse de acoger a los ciudadanos de la Unión y favorecer la resonancia de los actos previstos con un enfoque multilingüe
Fomentar el diálogo entre las culturas de Europa y las otras culturas del mundo
Valorizar el patrimonio histórico y la arquitectura urbana así como la calidad de vida

The candidacy of Zaragoza as CULTURAL CAPITAL in 2016, is working in the creation of a cultural project of European dimension based on the cultural cooperation and with the following objetives:
Make highlight the cultural common currents to the Europeans
Promote the manifestations and artistic creations, which facilitate the establishment of a cultural cooperation
Guarantee the mobilization and the participation in the project of diferents sectors of the population
Receive the European citizens and favoring the acts with a multilingual approach
Incite the dialog between Europa's cultures and other cultures of the world
Value the historical patrimony and the urban architecture as well as the quality of life
