Check out one of the newest Israeli music radio shows in the United States. Formed in early 2008, Achla Muzika is broadcast weekly on Wednesdays at 8 pm on WBRS 100.1 FM Waltham, MA, the student radio station of Brandeis University.

Listeners outside of the immediate Brandeis area can listen live through the WBRS website (www.wbrs.org) by clicking on the "campus only" icon below the header of the page. The stereo is much higher quality, so try to listen using that link (the direct URL is http://wbrswebcast.campusctr.brandeis.edu:8000/listen.pls).

If you can't listen at 8 pm Wednesdays at all, there's still another way to listen to the show. I record it every week and make it available as a podcast. To subscribe to it and have it download weekly, just search my name in the iTunes store or go to http://achlamuzika.mypodcast.com to subscribe to the podcast.

I take requests during the show via AOL IM (sn: WBRSFM) or the phone in the studio (781-736-5277). During the week preceding the show, you can find me in person or email requests to israeli@wbrs.org.
