Blue Devils United is trying to round up folk to head to Washington!!
We will be traveling up there on buses provided by North Carolina State University, at a personal cost of $30. The buses will leave very early on Sunday, October 11th, and return to the Triangle very late that same day. The specifics have yet to be finalized, but we'll likely know on Wednesday. The bus will stop and pick us up at East Campus if enough people sign up, otherwise, we'll need to carpool to Raleigh and leave from there. At the moment the numbers don't seem to warrant a stop at Duke. :(
Please spread the word!! I know that you are on break, but, and this is especially those of you who have sign up already, tell your friends. Call them up. Send them texts. Facebook 'em. It only take a few minutes to say, "Sup, are you going to the March? Send your info to Manny by Monday."
Remember, this is a binding commitment. As in, don't sign up unless you're 100% SURE you can and will go.
Again, what I need is the following:
1. Your name and last name
2. Your contact number
3. Your preferred email address
4. Whether or not you are over/under 18
MONDAY MONDAY MONDAY!! That's when I need this by. And be sure to bring $30 to the Blue Devils United meeting next Wednesday, October 7th @ 6pm in the Center for LGBT Life in 02 West Union on West Campus. If you cannot make this, please contact and bring it to an officer as soon as possible.
