This is a group for those of you who want to help support an international group that lives for the sole purpose of promoting peace, love, and acceptance.

SpokenAgainst was started nearly two years ago by a girl who was sick of the hate and abuse in her high school. She saw the discrimination against the GLBT community and its supporters and wanted to reach out to those affected by it, and she's done just that.

What started as one myspace profile has evolved into a friendship for hundreds of people in several countries across the globe. What started as a simple promotion of love has turned into a major support group for people of all ages. What started as an experiment and a desperate attempt to make a difference has transformed into a functional support system that has changed and touched the lives of people everywhere. SpokenAgainst has given hope, help, advice and news to anyone and everyone who has asked for it, and even a few that haven't asked for it.

Now, two years later, SpokenAgainst is still looking for people to help. They are a group 3600+ strong, but they gave always had a goal of eventually moving onto their own site. 3,600 friends is not enough. They need more people to support them if they are going to take the next big step, and you can help.

They never expected to get this far, to accomplish so much, but now they are only a few people away from showing the world that one teenager can start a revolution.

Fink started the site in hopes of gaining some friends and helping some people along the way, but she didn’t think it would live to see two years, 1800 supporters, her very own site, and so much thanks. She reads every comment, message, e-mail and bulletin with just as much surprise as she read the first, and she has replied to each with just as much passion as she has from the beginning. She has given so much to people she has never met before, and now it’s time we do something in return.

Request them and help them get to the number of supporters that will impress the people Fink will have to go to for help.
Join in discussions, and make this site something Fink can brag about.
Message them, comment them, and tell them how much they’re appreciated.
Tell your friends, so SpokenAgainst can help them as well.
With each member we are that much more influential.
Support them, as they have always supported you (whether you were aware of it or not).
