On March 25, 2009, we'll be releasing the 2009 edition of the Report Card for America's Infrastructure. The last time the ASCE's Government Relations office released a report card, the country was given a barely-passing D, and we found that the government needed to invest at least $1.6 TRILLION to bring the nation's infrastructure to where it should be. Four years later, will America get a passing grade, or has the country failed?
