If you don’t think that a 3 phase 123 million dollar Justice Center project requiring the demolition of historic homes, businesses, neighborhoods & any future economic development in this riverfront area is the best use of your tax dollars; If you where blind-sided by the irony, by the injustice, of the county buying homes & businesses under the threat of eminent domain to build a justice center; If you do not want to continually witness or pay for these battles every 10 – 20 years, please let the City know!!!

The statement that we cannot afford to build a Judicial Complex off site is not true. What we can’t afford is to not do it right. Common sense tells us that not building it right the first time will cost a lot more. Not doing it right will cost us more in money, reputation, lose of development opportunities, trust of the citizenry, liability, lives...
