The employer first locked the Toronto Dominion Bank Tower workers out of their jobs.

The employer then terminated the Toronto Domininion Bank Tower workers from their jobs.

The Toronto Dominion Centre employees are union members of the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Local 2003. They need your support. Their employer, the Cadillac Fairview Corporation is attempting to gut their collective agreement.

The union CEP, and the company CF, have negotiated contracts together for two decades. Now there is a strong indication that, in light of the financial crisis, CF is taking advantage of worker uncertainty and insecurity and vicously attacking the terms and conditions of work. We all must join in the fight back.

The employer, Cadillac Fairview Corporation, is a nationwide office tower and shopping mall owner / operator. The CEP-TDC bargaining committee have not come to terms with the employer on a new collective agreement. The employer, CF first attacked by locking out the workers on Sunday, June 14, 2009. Next, the employer, CF attacks by terminating the workers on Tuesday July 14, 2009.

This group is for supporters of the CEP Local 2003 members at the Toronto Dominion Centre engaged in their fightback against all attacks by CF. Group detractors may be blocked.
