The world has changed, and we must change with it, announced President Obama. Among the most significant changes we have experienced in recent years the democratization of the Internet and the development of the full range of services: ebusiness, eParticipation, eGovernment, eHealth, ... and elearning. Beyond this first revolution, there is a second informational paradigm shift that O'Reilly (2001) called Web 2.0 or social web. In education, this revolution was called elearning 2.0 (Downes, 2005) or Educational Social Software.
