- Your Campus Village contract packet will be available for pick-up at the Campus Village Housing Office beginning Monday, March 3, 2008 through Friday, March 14, 2008 during regular business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.).
Please note that on Friday, March 14, 2008, you must pick-up your
contract by 4:00pm to submit by the 5:00pm deadline. You must bring a PHOTO ID with you to pick up your contract.
Deliver your completed/signed contract materials and your reservation fee (exact amount will be indicated in your contract letter) in person to the Housing Cashier, on the 4th floor of the Student Center (G458) no
later than 5:00pm on Friday, March 14, 2008. Reservation fee must be paid by check or money order, payable to "Regents-UC". Cash payments will not be accepted by the Housing Cashier. If you do not have a checking account, you may obtain a money order from your bank, the Post
Office, or Albertson's. You must bring a PHOTO ID with you when turning in your contract.
To register a preferred roommate group with other student(s) who have
also been offered a CV contract, login to the Campus Village Roommate
Selection process at https://my.housing.uci.edu/
<https://my.housing.uci.edu/> between March 5th and March 26, 2008
(until 11:59 p.m.) and follow the instructions to list your preferred
roommates. Each student in the group must login and request one another
for the group to be formed.
For students who are not sure who they want to share an apartment with,
Campus Village will sponsor a Roommate Connection program on March 13,
2008, at 6 p.m. in the Atlantis Lounge.
By April 11, 2008 Apartment Selection Appointments will be emailed to
all students who have registered roommate groups by March 26, 2008.
Apartment selections will take place at appointed times on April 17,
2008.
