STILL TIME TO OBJECT!!!!
Don’t worry if you haven’t managed to write your letter of objection! ALL letters received prior to the drafting of the planning committee report are summarised and included in the body of the report. All letters received between the report being drafted and the Tuesday before Planning Committee sits are summarised in what is called a ‘Late Representation Report’ This report is published and available to members of the committee prior to the meeting. Any representations received between the Tuesday and the Committee meeting are reported verbally. As far as we are aware, the planning committe sits on the 19th November. GET YOUR OBJECTION IN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to make sure it is summarised in the planning report…

TIPS FOR OBJECTION LETTERS ON HERE & PRINT OFF OBJECTION LETTERS
http://savechorltonmeadows.wordpress.com/

just a reminder...I just wanted to make sure everyone has either sent their letter/ email of objection to Dave Morris. d.morris@manchester.gov.uk. (emails work as good as letters & are quicker)

If not, copy and paste; http://savechorltonmeadows.files.wordpress.com/2009/09/hardy_farm_objection2.pdf
and send it off...

one, but please please please write to dave morris now, once this meadow is gone then its gone for ever

Just a quick note to encourage everyone to write to Dave Morris once again now that the new plans have been posted on the planning portal.

Its VERY IMPORTANT that we make our feelings known in the light of these changes. They don't hold any benefit for the local community, and only serve to appease the planning department. In fact the all weather pitch is now CLOSER to houses bringing the associated light and noise pollution with it. We've also heard that the all weather pitch will be used until 10pm EVERY WEEK NIGHT!

We can only beat this by showing the planning department how much WE as a community do not want this to happen.

Write to Dave Morris here: d.morris@manchester.gov.uk

You can also post your letter to: Dave Morris (Case Officer), Manchester City Council Planning, PO Box 463, Town Hall, Manchester M60 3NY. Email may be a little more reliable at the moment due to the postal strike but please do post a copy aswell.

WE CAN SAVE CHORLTON MEADOWS! PLEASE WRITE YOUR OBJECTION LETTER TODAY, AND PASS THIS EMAIL ON.
