This group is for Tibetans and Chinese as well as anyone else who is concerned with promoting awareness and finding solutions to the current situation between Tibet and China. This is NOT a pro-Tibet group, and neither is it a pro-China one.

The objective of our group is to create a media for both the Chinese and the Tibetans to discuss the problems by engaging in peaceful dialogue. We strive to provide a safe and encouraging environment for all parties to dialogue, and we as a group will make it our priority to help the voices of all of you be heard, and also to ensure that this is done in a manner which allows for respect of all participants.

We believe that the solution for the situation between China and Tibet can be reached through peaceful dialogue, and if you think that there IS a need to resolve the situation, please join our group and forum, and participate in the discussions with other people.

We want to allow a place for different points of view to be voiced. The only thing we ask of you is to show respect to other people's opinions and try to understand their point of view. Therefore we will not tolerate racist or degrading remarks directed towards anyone.

We understand that this is a topic highly charged with emotions for most of you. It is for many of us too. Therefore we ask, once again, for anyone voicing their opinions to be respectful to others.
