- Charter Members, Officers & Administrators have access to club tracks, contribute to decisions on new members, events, rules & regulations and other club related business. They also will be able to represent the club at away events. Charter membership can be acquired by recommendation by any charter member, officer, and administrator. Charter membership is not confined to a certain locale. A charter's branch can have their own officers and make decisions regarding their branch. Charter members may or may not be members of face book. However, we will try and keep an up to date membership roster posted.
