The Starr Career Development Center is launching the Financial Leadership Program (FLP) beginning in spring 2009. FLP will focus on training students for top financial analyst programs in a variety of firms. This program will replace the Wall Street Careers Program (WSCP), and is part of the Career Development Center's effort to adapt our training to meet the changing economic landscape and better prepare students for employment opportunities.
The mission of the Baruch College Financial Leadership Program (FLP) is to increase the recruitment of diverse and talented Baruch students into top financial analyst programs across all industries worldwide. By providing intensive technical and career training to a select group of Baruch's top-performing juniors, FLP cultivates successful finance professionals who are committed to giving back to their communities.
