Nobody would have predicted ten years ago that delhi would ascend to the wild heights. Delhi (along with NCR) has always been one of those round-the-clock fun factories, only now its scene has moved indoors from steamy inner-city jungle gardens and dark,decaying 'Delhi" alleys.
