She is a member of the Associated General Contractors, Associated Builders and Contractors (Past Board President), American Subcontractors Association of West Michigan, National Association of Women in Construction, and the Home and Building Association of Greater Grand Rapids. In addition, she has held leadership positions with most of these associations.
Ms. Leipprandt earned her bachelor’s degree from Alma College and her Juris Doctorate from the Indiana University School of Law. Before joining Hilger Hammond, she practiced law in Grand Rapids for 18 years. Aileen is a frequent speaker and author on construction law issues.
