Putera MIC, a brainchild of Dato’ Seri S. Samy Vellu, was founded in 2007. It is a wing of the Malaysian Indian Congress, MIC, targeted at recruiting Indian youth, mostly professionals, graduates and entrepreneurs, aged 18 to 30.

Putera MIC provides an avenue for these capable individuals to contribute to our society at large, and the Indian community in particular. Our focus is in the areas of education, entrepreneurship and social betterment.

Putera MIC Segambut Division, being the first to be launched in the Federal Territory, will be actively working on doing relevant and beneficial programmes in the Segambut division.
