By our definition, a Spinster is a (clever, bookish, moderately Brit-obsessed) woman who reaches a point in life at which there is no potential husband in sight and says, “Okay.” :D (Will she change this nonchalant attitude when Richard Armitage comes calling? Heck yeah! But in the meantime, who wants to bother with the boys in your immediate social surroundings who, like as not, aren't interested in you anyway, and good riddance?) (read less)
