PLATFORM2 is a programme that gives 18-25 year olds the opportunity to live, work and learn about life in developing countries. PLATFORM2 is unique because it has been specially designed for those who wouldn’t normally get the chance to volunteer abroad.

Through PLATFORM2, you could get the opportunity to make a real difference to people’s lives, and to promote wider development awareness when you return to the UK.

PLATFORM2 is funded by UK Aid from the Department for International Development (DFID) and is run by a partnership of Christian Aid and BUNAC.

Over 3 years, Platform2 will see 2,500 18-25 year-olds travel to locations including South Africa, Ghana, Nepal, Kenya, India and Peru. During a 10-week volunteering work placement, you and a group of other young people could live, work and breathe a totally new culture!
