RE : CANDLELIGHT VIGIL AGAINST HOMOPHOBIA
Sunday 1st November at 8 pm on Stanley St Liverpool.
This group was originally set up by Friends of Liverpool LGBT Community & Scene to promote the event 'Lighting up the darkness of homophobia in Liverpool' that took place on 1/11/09.
As the vigil has taken place this group will now continue under the name 'Friends of Liverpool LGBT Community & Scene'.
You can still comment on the vigil that took place on Stanley St Liverpool on Sunday 1st November at 8pm and all Information, photographs, posts etc relating to the candlelight vigil will still be hosted by this group however we will be using this site to keep you informed of future events and projects that we 'Friends of Liverpool LGBT Community & Scene" are involved in.
As an organization our aim is to continue to be at the forefront of change within our LGBT community.
If you do not want to be a member of this group under its new name or do not wish to continue supporting future events organized by this group please feel free to leave this group.
For members who would like to remain with this group we would like to thank you all for your ongoing support and we look forward to seeing you all at are next event.
