The Provincial Government has announced it wants to develop the Riverview lands in Coquitlam, BC.

We oppose the development of the Riverview lands because:

-It is BC's primary mental health facility
-It is the site of the oldest arboretum in Western Canada, with an amazing collection of specimen trees
-It is an important green space in our community

We believe the future of the Riverview lands should be decided by the residents of Coquitlam and the Tri-Cities -- not by the Governments in Victoria and Vancouver.
